Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta, D3 Radiology Study Program, Health Sciences Facilities were chosen, because they already have quality control equipment for diagnostic and interventional radiology X-ray aircraft. Through this assessment, it is hoped that it can provide an overview and initiation of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Aisyiyah University, Yogyakarta, to contribute to becoming a Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology X-ray Aircraft Conformity Testing Institute.

The BAPETEN team which visited Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta, was led by the Implementer of the BAPETEN Nuclear Test Institute Appointment Process Suryo Adi Ari Santosa with members of the BAPETEN Radiation Supervisor Joni S. Kadir, Diah Astuti Indarwati, Alimuddin, A.A.A. Sari Trisna Citta, and Irma Septi Ardiani.

The exploratory activity was welcomed positively by the Deputy Dean I of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Aisyiyah University of Yogyakarta, Ismarwati, in hes speech saying "Aisyiyah University of Yogyakarta is very open to establishing a Conformity Testing Institute, so it is hoped that with this activity the information needed for the appointment of a Conformity Testing Institution can be obtained."

The speech was continued with a presentation on "Profile of the D3 Radiology Study Program" by the Chair of the D3 Radiology Study Program, Widya Mufida, a presentation on "Facilities and Practical Infrastructure for the D3 Radiology Study Program by the Laboratory Coordinator and Ukom Anisa Nur Istiqomah.

In this activity, BAPETEN delivered several presentations, namely related to the use of nuclear energy, mechanisms and procedures for appointing Conformity Test Institutions, and related to competency certification of conformity test personnel and the issuance of conformity test certificates.

After the presentation and discussion session, it was followed by a visit to the facilities and infrastructure to assess the extent to which the laboratory and equipment owned can support the implementation of the Conformity Testing Institution's activities. This equipment is found in the Radiology Laboratory which is located on the 1st Floor of the Siti Walidah Building.

At the end of the visit, the BAPETEN Team had adequate equipment to become a Conformity Testing Institution, especially in the sub-scope of General Radiography. It is hoped that Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University can immediately fulfill HR requirements by involving its personnel in Conformity Test Training as a condition for taking competency certification, and in parallel fulfill other requirements referring to BAPETEN Regulation No 3 of 2021 so that it can apply for the appointment of a Conformity Test Institution to BAPETEN.
