BAPETEN Education and Training Division Successfully Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Kembali 18 November 2024 | Berita BAPETENBAPETEN Education and Training Division (BDL) has successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification after completing a recertification audit conducted by an independent certification body. The audit was conducted to evaluate the sustainability of the implementation of the quality management system in accordance with international standards. The audit was conducted on Monday, November 18, 2024, at BAPETEN. The audit was conducted by the auditor of PT TUV Nord Indonesia, Anita Masduki.
During the audit process, the BAPETEN BDL Management System Working Team, together with all employees, provided assistance with the scope of the Self-Managed Training Services audit, which lasted for two days.
Anita assessed various aspects, including process documentation, compliance with quality policies, operational efficiency, and the organization's commitment to continuous improvement. The audit results showed that the Education and Training Division continues to meet all ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
In this audit, Anita conveyed the results of her audit that there were no major or minor findings because the organization has consistently implemented a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the established standards.
Anita also gave high appreciation to the various initiatives and innovations that have been implemented by BDL BAPETEN. She also noted a number of recommendations for further improvement, such as optimizing the risk management process and increasing the scope of the audit.
At the end of the audit activity, the Head of BDL BAPETEN, Ahmad Ciptadi Syuryavin, expressed his gratitude for this achievement. "This result reflects our commitment to providing high-quality services to customers. We continue to strive to maintain and improve our quality management system."
Ciptadi added that the successful implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 recertification was the result of the hard work and commitment of the entire team in maintaining the quality and integrity of the quality management system at the Education and Training Division.
Ciptadi further revealed that BAPETEN is committed to continuing to improve service and operational standards in order to better meet customer needs and maintain the trust that has been given to us.
