BAPETEN Holds Farewell Ceremony for Participants of Kemnaker RI’s National Internship Program (MagangHub)

BAPETEN held a farewell ceremony for participants of the National Internship Program under the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia’s MagangHub initiative on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the BAPETEN Office. The program reflects BAPETEN’s commitment to supporting the national internship initiative for university graduates through the provision of 57 internship positions.
The internship program was conducted over a six-month period, from November 24, 2025, to May 23, 2026. Participants were assigned to 11 work units within BAPETEN. Out of the 57 available positions, 50 participants successfully completed the program.
The ceremony commenced with remarks delivered by the Head of the Bureau of Organisation and General Services, Indra Gunawan, who expressed appreciation to all participants for completing the internship program successfully.
“On this occasion, BAPETEN would like to extend its appreciation to all participants who have completed their internship program and gained valuable working experience within BAPETEN. We have also benefited from the participants’ ideas, contributions, and excellent work performance,” he stated.
The event continued with remarks from the Acting Executive Secretary of BAPETEN, Haendra Subekti. In his remarks, he expressed hope that the knowledge and experience gained during the internship would serve as valuable preparation for the participants’ future careers.
“The learning and working experience gained at BAPETEN is expected to broaden participants’ knowledge and perspectives as preparation for entering the professional world. The presence of internship participants has also brought renewed energy and enthusiasm to the BAPETEN working environment. Congratulations and best wishes to all participants,” he remarked.
During the event, two representatives of the internship participants, Lukas and Puti, also shared their impressions and experiences throughout the program.
“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all BAPETEN officials and staff for welcoming us as internship participants. Throughout the program, we gained valuable knowledge and experience that will greatly benefit our future careers,” said Puti.
The farewell ceremony concluded with a group photo session attended by all participants of Kemnaker RI’s National Internship Program (MagangHub) at BAPETEN. The internship program serves as a tangible example of synergy between the education sector and the professional world in enhancing both technical competencies and soft skills of university graduates through direct professional experience.
