BAPETEN Once Again Receives Award for Submission of Static Archives in the Framework of Safeguarding State Archives

BAPETEN received an award for the Submission of Static Archives as part of the National Archive Preservation Program on Thursday, 30 October 2025, at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Office in Jakarta. Previously, BAPETEN had submitted Static Archives of State Administrative Decisions (KTUN) related to Licensing for Nuclear Installations and Materials to the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) on 28 October 2025. From 2017 to 2025, BAPETEN has submitted static archives to ANRI a total of eight times. This effort serves as proof of BAPETEN’s accountability in its role within society, the nation, and the state, as well as a commitment to ensuring the availability of archival records for future generations.
This activity is also in line with the mandate of Law No. 43 of 2009 on Archiving and Government Regulation No. 28 of 2012 regarding the implementation of Law No. 43 of 2009 on Archiving.
BAPETEN submitted substantive archives consisting of 30 textual and electronic items related to the Licensing of Nuclear Installations and Materials. The award recipient representing BAPETEN was the Director of Licensing for Nuclear Installations and Materials (DPIBN), Wiryono. The handover of the static archives was conducted between Rinasari, Head of the Administrative Subdivision of the Safety Nuclear Assessment Deputy, and Nisa Setya Dini from the ANRI Directorate of Archive Preservation.
The Minutes of the Handover of Static Maritime Archives had previously been signed on the table by the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN and the Head of ANRI.
