The activity began with the opening and reading of the rules and mechanisms of the exam by the manager of the BAPETEN Quality Assurance Function Group (KFJM), Rini Suryanti, and the head of the Work Group for Certification of Conformity Testing Personnel, Alimuddin. The opening was also attended by certification participants and all KFJM personnel appointed as examiners and supervisors.

This time, the X-ray Qualified Examiner Competency Certification was held with a scope of testing including general radiography, dental equipment, CT scans, mammography, and fluoroscopy. The implementation method used is the offline method or face-to-face. In the period of certification of the conformity test personnel this time, it coincided with the implementation of witnessing by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) Assessor for the ISO 17024 accreditation process, with the witnessing results being minor findings that will be followed up immediately so that the accreditation process can be continued to the next stage.

The practical exam held on November 12 and 15, 2024, was held at Building C BAPETEN Jakarta, which was held on November 13-14, 2024, was held at Siloam Agora Cempaka Putih Hospital, Jakarta, which was held on November 16, 2024, was held at St. Carolus Summarecon Hospital, Serpong, and which was held on November 21-22, 2024, was held at Siloam Hospital Bogor. Meanwhile, the written exam, which was held on November 12, 2024, was held in the Emergency Response Room of DKKN Building C, BAPETEN, Jakarta.

The Qualified Examiner Competency Certification Exam was attended by 25 participants. Two participants took more than one scope with the following distribution: six participants for the fluoroscopy scope, six participants for the dental equipment scope, six participants for the general radiography scope, seven participants for the mammography scope, and two participants for the CT scan scope. Exam participants are required to submit a Test Result Report (LHU) to the exam committee no later than 1 x 24 hours from the completion of the practical exam.

Participants are representatives from Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, Spektrum Kreasi Pratama, Pendidikan Guna Bangsa Yogyakarta, Oneject Indonesia, Poly Jaya Medikal, Prima Tunas Surya Medika, Makassar Health Equipment and Facility Security Centre, AUSNDT Indonesia, Kirana Jaya Lestari, Surakarta Health Equipment and Facility Security Centre (BPAFK), Gratia Jaya Mulya, Global Medik Persada, Gamma Sinergi Usaha, Fujifilm Indonesia, Gevaert-Agfa Healthcare Indonesia, Famed Calibration, Eksgon Brother, Radiation and Environmental Safety Services Cooperative, and Forsta Kalmedic Global.

With the competency certification exam, it is hoped that competent X-ray Machine Qualified Examiner personnel can be obtained to conduct testing and evaluation according to the scope of the certified test, so that the quality assurance of the implementation of the suitability test for the X-ray machine will be increasingly optimal.
