The event opened with remarks from the Head of the BAPETEN Internal Auditors, Achmad Bussamah, followed by a presentation of the findings from the BPK Team Representative, Zainal Abidin. In his presentation, Zainal explained the purpose and objectives of this exit meeting and expressed his gratitude to BAPETEN for its cooperative support in ensuring the smooth running of the audit program.

The event continued with the submission of the Concept of the Nuclear Energy Licensing Management Audit Results by the BPK Team Leader to the Acting Executive Secretary of BAPETEN, Haendra Subekti. Haendra welcomed the BPK audit results and hoped that they could be used to improve BAPETEN's performance in the future.

In addition, the role of BAPETEN as the only government agency with authority over the supervision of nuclear energy utilization in Indonesia was also discussed, along with current issues in the field of nuclear energy and the challenges faced by BAPETEN in carrying out its roles, duties, and functions.
