BAPETEN committee is present to assist Panselnas in the registration process, among them are checking exam cards according to NIK and signing the attendance list, storing luggage except exam cards and ID cards in a place determined by the committee (locker), body checking: physically checking participants and scanning barcodes and verification photo via the BKN application to ensure the correctness of the participant, taking the test PIN must show several documents, such as the test card and KTP before entering the test room. CAT starts at the exam location point, namely:

1. Bandung on November 13 2023,

2. Karawang on November 14 2023,

3. Jogyakarta on November 19 2023,

4. Serang Banten on November 19 2023,

5. Kanreg V BKN - Ciracas on November 23 2023,

6. Cental BKN Office - Cililitan 26 to 27 November 2023,

7. Medan tanggal 28 November 2023.

As an additional information, participants for the formation of Archivist and Computer Assistant positions must take part in additional technical competency selection (SKTT) provided that the CAT results on socio-cultural managerial competencies and interviews meet the threshold value (NAB). The implementation of the SKTT is scheduled for 30 November 2023 and 1 December 2023. Meanwhile for other participants, competency selection via CAT consists of: technical competency, managerial and socio-cultural competency as well as interviews. (BOU/RFQ/BHKK/Chika/RB/RA)
