National Coordination Meeting to Evaluate the Implementation of Radiation Protection Officer Testing and Certification of Radioactive Materials Safety Officer in 2024

BAPETEN’s Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR) held a National Coordination Meeting to evaluate the implementation of Radiation Protection Officer Testing and Certification of Radioactive Materials Safety Officers in 2024 in Yogyakarta, on Thursday, December 12, 2024. This activity was attended by 14 training institutions in the PPR field and 3 training institutions in the PKZR field.
The purpose of this activity is to collaborate with training institutions to improve the quality of licensing services for radiation facility officers and increase the percentage of passes in the implementation of testing in order to produce PPR and PKZR following the competencies set by applicable regulations.
This activity was opened by DPFRZR's Acting Director, Ida Bagus Manuaba. Then continued with the presentation of material on the Final Evaluation of the Implementation of Testing / Certification of Radiation Facility Officers in 2024 and Planning for 2025 by Ida Bagus Manuaba. Furthermore, the presentation of Information on the Appointment of Nuclear Training Institutions, the Provisions of the KAK of the Training Institution, and the Results of the Surveillance of the Training Institution by Rini Suryanti. closed with the presentation of material on the Revision of Head Regulation No. 16 of 2014 by the Director of Regulation of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials, Mukhlisin.
