The opening ceremony of the first part (17/11), was opened by Health Facilities Licensing Coordinator Mukhlisin, he said "The development of X-ray aircraft technology in increasingly sophisticated imaging from conventional to digital, imaging modes from 2D to 3D, and safety features provide enormous benefits in disease diagnosis.However, there needs to be good management so that the reception of unexpected X-ray radiation can be minimized and avoid the risk of radiation that can be accepted by personnel, patients, public, and the environment if not managed properly."

The opening in the second part (19/11), was opened by Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources Ishak, he said "OTSL is a regular activity held every year but in different cities.The aim is to facilitate licensing services to permit applicants, licensing services have been implemented online since 2016.By delivering documents electronically through a system that has been developed, namely Balis Online.And continued in 2018 the issuance of licenses already electronically.So the whole process has been electronically from the process of applying for permission to issuing permits in full electronic."

The event was attended by 50 different participants in each section, who are representatives of Hospitals, Clinical Laboratories, Clinics and Private Doctor Practices, in the Central Java Province and parts of East Java Province.The event was conducted by applying health protocols, participants are required to show the results of rapid non-reactive tests and not forget to wear masks during the activity.
