The Launch of the Ministry of Manpower Internship Program at BAPETEN

The Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) hosted the launch of the Ministry of Manpower’s internship program at the agency on November 21, 2025. The program aims to provide and enhance professional experience for interns before they enter the workforce.
The event began with a report from Supeni, a senior-level state apparatus HR analyst at BAPETEN, noting that there are 57 interns participating. She expressed hope that the interns would quickly adapt to the agency's work culture and maintain the confidentiality of data accessed during their internship.
Indra Gunawan, Head of the Organization Development and General Services Bureau (BOU) at BAPETEN, welcomed the interns to the agency. He described the arrangement as mutually beneficial for both the participants and BAPETEN.
"Congratulations to all of you; I hope the training and work experience here will broaden your horizons and allow you to apply the knowledge you gained on campus. I look forward to effective collaboration that yields high-quality work outcomes," he added.
The interns will undergo a six-month program across various work units within BAPETEN. It is expected that during this period, they will gain as much knowledge as possible, particularly regarding government administration and governance. [BHKK/Da/Translator: GP]
