This activity is not only a continuation of the technical consultations that have been conducted but also a strengthening of mutual trust and accountability. We appreciate PT Thorcon Power Indonesia's active involvement with BAPETEN, and we remain committed to providing independent and professional oversight." Furthermore, Thorcon International Chief Nuclear Officer Kun Chen said in his opening remarks, "We extend our appreciation to BAPETEN's partners, colleagues, and experts from Empresarios Agrupados (EA) and Bureau Veritas (BV) for their attendance at the workshop on management systems. This activity demonstrates the ongoing commitment of PT TPI and BAPETEN to ensure that the Kelasa-1 Project is built on a strong foundation: compliance with regulations, international standards, and most importantly, a culture of safety and excellence to strengthen the management system."

On this occasion, the Terms of Reference (ToR) for Phase 3 3S Consultation was also signed by Haendra Subekti and Tagor M. Sembiring as Nuclear Safety Senior Manager, and the Phase 2 Consultation Report was signed by Haendra Subekti, Tagor M. Sembiring, and Kun Chen.
