The LHP was submitted directly by Akhsanul Khaq, Member III of the BPK RI and Head of State Financial Audit III. In his remarks, Akhsanul explained the purpose of the compliance audit on non-tax state revenue management at BAPETEN: to assess whether the management of non-tax state revenue for fiscal year 2023 to semester I of 2024 at BAPETEN has been implemented in accordance with Law Number 9 of 2018 on non-tax state revenue and its implementing provisions. The scope of this audit covers the planning, implementation, and supervision of the management of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the 2023 fiscal year through the first semester of 2024 at BAPETEN. The audit is limited to PNBP derived from other licensing revenues in the health and industrial sectors.

The Audit Report (LHP) was received by the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Soegeng Sumbarjo. In his remarks, he expressed his gratitude to the BPK RI Team and all BAPETEN personnel for their synergy in supporting the audit activities, ensuring their smooth running. He also discussed the progress of the SRP Census and BAPETEN's role in the construction of the nuclear power plant (NPP).
