The webinar was attended by 24 institutions, including regional general hospitals, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) recipients of portable X-ray machine grants. Also present were representatives from the Directorate General of Disease Control, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, and UNDP Indonesia: Health Adviser, Health Governance Cluster Lead, FMTA Team, and Project Associate.

The event was opened by a representative from the Director of the DPFRZR, represented by Roy Candra Primarsa, the manager of the Health Facility Licensing Function Group. He stated that this activity was the result of collaboration and coordination with the Indonesian Ministry of Health in supporting the PHTC program, which aligns with the BAPETEN RPJM 2025-2029, with the theme "Health." While adhering to the principle of justification, where the benefits outweigh the risks, "BAPETEN supports and accommodates how this program can be implemented by accelerating the licensing of portable X-ray machines. The hope is that facilities will prepare everything in the licensing process through webinars as a precursor to the implementation of OTSL (in-person licensing services), where all licensing requirements can be met during the activity. With the support of a full team, the in-person licensing service activity successfully issued 26 portable X-ray machines, with BAPETEN's target success rate of 95%", Roy explained.

Then, Ina Agustina Isturini, Director of Infectious Diseases at the Directorate General of Disease Control at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, stated that TB cases are a national problem, with the death rate being the biggest health issue that significantly impacts human resources. "The president, through a super-priority program, has set a global target of eliminating TB by 2030. Continued efforts, evaluation, and improvements. We need to continue our efforts, evaluate our progress, and make improvements, including the development of more sensitive tools with limited diagnostic capabilities to address the causes of lost patients. Initiate a pilot project for one-stop services for accurate TB screening using affordable portable X-ray machines that have been prequalified by the WHO and validated by UNPAD. With the accelerated BAPETEN licensing process, it is hoped that the portable X-ray machines will be operational by early September, allowing community health centers (Puskesmas) to provide X-rays to the public," Ina explained.

The event continued with a presentation on "Socialization of Licensing Mechanisms through Balis 2.5 Integrated with Online Single Risk-Based Submission (OSS-RBA)" by Maradi Abdilah, followed by a presentation titled "Criteria for Acceptance of Diagnostic and/or Interventional Radiology Licensing Requirements: Scope of General Radiography Equipment (Portable X-Ray Equipment)" by Sulistiyoningsih.

The webinar participants' Q&A session was led by moderator Yaya Umaya. Participants frequently asked questions, including questions about the criteria for accepting portable X-ray equipment permits, locations that require a certificate from the Provincial or Regency/City Health Office, and specific provisions under the Circular Letter on Portable X-ray Equipment for General Radiography in Healthcare Facilities.
